Galaxy Jumpers Rental Policies

Galaxy Jumpers is the premiere party rental service in the East Bay and South Bay Area. Kids love jumping in our unique inflatable bouncers, party jumps (aka "Moonwalks," "Bounce Houses" or "Jumpers"). Our goal is to provide you with hours of fun family entertainment and unparalleled service at affordable rates. Try us for your next special occasion or just for fun!

Renting from us is easy. We take care of the delivery, setup, and takedown of these exciting party jumps.

Generally speaking, between 6 and 15 kids at one time. This really depends on the size of children and the size of the Galaxy Jumper. Most Galaxy Jumpers hold up to 800lbs. so about 4 adults can go in.
Maybe! Give us a call and we will try to work it in. Anytime there is a short window of time between the booking and the event where you will not be able to mail a deposit, we MAY require a credit card to hold your reservation.
Galaxy Jumpers is a reputable company. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are dedicated to making your party or event happy and trouble free! If you feel more comfortable, we can provide references from our other customers.
We suggest 2-4 weeks before your scheduled party date for our standard jumpers. We are always happy to try to accommodate last minute bookings.
The standard size of our jumps is approximately 15' X 15' and fits comfortably on most back yard lawns or two car driveways.
Yes. If you have a two car width driveway, most likely a jumper will fit. A very slight slope is not a problem, however, the flatter the surface the better. Since we can't pound stakes into your driveway, we will have to find alternative means at your location to secure the unit.
We can set up on lawns, dry grass, concrete or asphalt. Under no circumstances can we set up on dirt or muddy surfaces.
Set up usually takes approximately 30 minutes, providing there are no obstacles on the surface where the unit will be operating.
We will call you that morning to discuss rain concerns. There is no charge to you for a cancelled reservation due to the weather.

A standard walk through gate of about 36" is fine. We bring the unit rolled up and wheel it in on a standard hand truck (dolly). Large units or giant inflatable's may require 48".
Yes. We will bring a 50 foot extension cord with us, so you'll need a standard 110v outlet near the set up area. The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 14 cents of electricity per hour.
Rental times are usually between 9 am and 9 pm. Special arrangements are sometimes possible if you need the jumper past our last pick-up time.
